Significations of 3^rd house

1.  Nature – Courage, valour, patriotism, stamina, patience, perseverance, entrepreneurship, firmness, ability / fitness, vigour, longevity, intellect, memory, interview, good qualities, past time, hobbies, performing personal / religious duties, mental inclination, mental instability, confusion of mind, old age, causing sorrow / cruelty, lower mind for material advancement.

2.   Body – Neck, throat, chest collar bones, shoulders, arms, part of the hand between thumb and index finger, right leg, right ear, physical growth / development, muscles and muscular strength, nervous system, descent from a good family.

Analysis of 3^rd house

1.   Apoklim House

3^rd house is first of Apoklim or Cadent (others being 6^th, 9^th, 12^th) house, which indicate quality of old age life. Any affliction to it indicates old age problems. Nodal axis and Saturn are most common Malefics. This calls for proper planning and precaution to safe guard against likely problems in old age. For happy harmonized old life this house should have benefic influence.

Date of Birth – 11 – 10 – 1902, Time of Birth – 00:38am, 83E00 and 25N20

My views related to analysis and predictions mentioned below:

Native Became a national hero, when Janta Party under his leadership came to power at the centre ending emergency misrule of Mrs. Indira Gandhi in 1977.

However he soon died of Kidney problems on 08 – Oct – 1979. He had very poor health in his last days.

Sun and debilitated Venus together in the 3^rd house aspected by 8^th lord Saturn and 6^th lord Jupiter giving indications of Health problems. 3^rd lord Mercury was in Rahu – Ketu axis. His 6^th house had 8^th lord Saturn and 6^th lord Jupiter was debilitated and aspected by debilitated Mars (both Neech Bhang) + 9^th house was aspected by Sun and Venus from the 3^rd house + 12^th house was aspected by Saturn.

Kidneys and diseases are represented by 5^th house, 6^th house, Jupiter, Sign Libra thus all of them get affected badly.

Previous Birth Karmic Debt was related with the Jupiter.

He had very poor health and lonely life (wife having expired much earlier – Please see 7^th Lord Saturn as seen from 7^th house is posited in the 12^th house of loss having 3^rd aspect on the house of death thus giving indications of loss due to 7^th house affairs.)

2.   Trishadya House

Along with 6^th and 11^th house, 3^rd house is called the Trishadya house, a group of evil houses. If their lords also own a Kendra / Trikone, they do not produce good results. However, they give good financial results. Malefics here give competitive spirit to fight against adverse circumstances and obtain gains even from enemies. The will to fight is generated in 3^rd house, the enemies are found in the 6^th house and the result of their struggle / competition is found in 11^th house. The grading of Trishadya houses in negative sense are 3^rd > 6^th > 11^th house.

3.   Kaam Trikone

Kaam is a Puranic word which includes all types of desires, efforts to complete incomplete works and wants, to arrange comforts and luxuries. The 3^rd, 7^th, and 11^th houses form Kaam Trikone, the triangle of activity, being houses of materialistic desires which include motivations to rise in life and become an “achiever”. 3^rd house indicates courage, valour, strength, and ability to take risks in furtherance of desires. The desires are born in the 3^rd house, get nourished with the help of partner and society and are fulfilled in the 11^th house.

3^rd house is the pivot of Kaam Trikone. Being the first Kaam Trikone, it indicates one’s sexual behaviour. Whether one has any inclination for abnormal or perverted sex, or has normal urges or simply no interest in sex. This house also shows the sexual power or virility one has in order to be able to perform the sexual act. Thus 3^rd house shows mental aptitude and physical capacity to perform any act including sexual act.

4.   Upachaya House

3^rd house is the first Upachaya (others being 6^th, 10^th, 11^th) house which indicates house of growth, improvement, prosperity, material happiness and success in life. This house deals with that part of intelligence whereby personal skills are developed and hence is called Upachaya.

3^rd house is vital for the growth and physical development of the native. Malefic planets if not afflicted further, yields better results. The good or evil effects of the house happen very fast. Increase also implies yield of increased fructification of the attributes rapidly.

Upachaya (Upper house) comes into action only if Lagna and 10^th house are strong and 3^rd / 6^th house has benefic influence. According to Sh. Gopesh Kumar Ojha 3^rd / 6^th houses are Upachaya only if they are free from aspect of Malefics or of an enemy of the lord of that house. The Karmic 10^th house by infusing handy work of Good Kiryaman Karmas turns the Trishadya houses into Upachaya houses. The Artha Trikone and Kaam Trikone are complementary to each other as generally desires and monetary gains are inter – linked.

As 3^rd house is an Upachaya as well as a Kaam house, the 3^rd house shapes the mind in a manner for fulfillment of desires.

5.   Longevity

3^rd house is 8^th form 8^th house, hence by principle 3^rd house confirms longevity of the native. 3^rd house is 7^th (Marak house) from 9^th and becomes 12^th (house of loss) as counted from 4^th house. These two houses are associated with father and mother respectively. Thus 3^rd house show longevity or the death / serious illness of both the parents.

6.   House of Courage, Valour and Perseverance

Pitra Karma Yoga – Our responsibilities towards Ancestors

PITRA KARMA YOGA – OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS ANCESTORS

Origination of This Yoga :-

All Devatas will pray to me with this thinking Lord Brahma has given Birth (Life) to them.  But due to their attachments towards the Results of ‘Indriya Tripti’. All devatas started their own Pooja instead of Lord Brahma. Due to this Lord Brahma had given Shaap to them & hence their Chetna (Smarana Shakti) damages & they lost their knowledge & from that day all the people who were praying to devatas fall in Moha (Greed).

After this all devatas have requested for forgiveness of their mistakes. Lord Brahma while keeping in mind the situation of the World told them to do the Prayashchit because all Devatas have violated the norms of Pooja.  For Prayashchit Karma (Deeds) you can consult from your children.  Only then you will get the knowledge of the Prayashchit Karma.

All Devatas then asked from their children’s about the Prayashchit Karma.  All the children’s after long thinking opened their mouth & said all the knowledgeable people indulge in Dharma Gyan say it is possible to do the Prayashchit from Vani, Mind, Karma, & Eyes.  After this their children’s called all Devatas a Child & told them to leave this place.

All the Devatas feel insulted when their children called them the children.  They all went to Lord Brahma to clear their doubts.  Lord Brahma told all Devatas that you are Brahm Vadi.  Whatever your children have told you is all correct.

Lord Brahma further told that you have given Birth to your Children so you are their father (Devata) & they have given you Knowledge (education) so they have been termed as your Ancestor (Pitra). All Devatas & children (Pitra) you both are Ancestors (Pitra) among each other.

All Devata then told their children since you called us Putra (Child) so you are termed as Pitra (Divya Ancestor) & Any living Being (Human Being) in this world in any generations (Yugas) who in the periods of Shradha without doing Pooja to Pitra (Ancestor), whatever Karma (Deeds) He/She will do then the benefits of those Karmas (Deeds) will get damaged or be taken by Daityas or Snakes.

You are the Divya Ancestors (Pitra) & on Shradha all the ancestors of Human Beings wherever they are will get satisfied & the powers of Moon of that person even if weak will get the Strength.  Afterwards Moon & Ancestors will give all the benefits to the human being like Education, Children, Money, Job, and Marriage etc and work towards the fulfillment of their desires.

This was one of the blessings given by all Devatas. From that day onwards all Devatas are considered as Pitra (Ancestor) & all Pitra (Ancestors) are considered as Devatas.

Hence PITRA KARMA YOGA ORIGINATES INSTEAD OF PITRA DOSHA.
